Credit Packs
- No refund once any credits from the pack have been used.
- Unused credit packs are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Subscriptions
- Cancel anytime - access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- No partial refunds for time already paid.
- Unused monthly credits are forfeited at cancellation (no rollover).
- Annual plan cancellations receive credits for the remaining months already paid for, added to your account immediately.
Failed Generations
- If a generation fails due to a platform error, credits are restored automatically.
- No refunds for AI generation results you are dissatisfied with - the quality of AI output is inherently variable.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us at support@gameprompt.ai with your account email and a description of your purchase. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
